We happily deliver internationally, and are proud to have sent our shoes all over the world.  For where we ship please see the Shipping Rates Page.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed using our Standard or Tracked & Signed delivery options, within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive an email from us to confirm when we have dispatched your order.

All Next Day and Express orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 1pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday, will not be sent out until the next working day. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

All items are priced excluding Delivery Costs . The cost of delivery is dependent on the number of items you are purchasing as shown in the Shipping Rates Page. The total delivery costs will also be shown at Checkout before placing your order.

All orders are sent packaged securely in a strong mail bag, with your invoice placed inside.

Standard Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all UK standard delivery orders. Delivery will normally take 3-4 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that Standard delivery is a non-trackable service. 

Next Day Delivery

We use “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm” for all UK Next Day orders.

Please Note: For next day delivery you will need to place your order before 1pm Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 1pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday, will not be sent out until the next working day. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

This Special Delivery service will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the order. Your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent to you by email, once your order has been processed. You can track your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

European Delivery Costs and Services

 

Standard Airmail Delivery

We use “Royal Mail International Business Mail” for all European standard delivery orders. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that Standard delivery is a non-trackable service. 

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates provided to us by Royal Mail. Delivery may take up to 10 working days depending on which country your order is being delivered to.

Tracked & Signed Delivery

We use “Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed” for our Tracked and Signed service within Europe. Your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent to you by email, once your order has been processed. You can track your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. This service will also require a signature upon delivery so please ensure someone is available to sign for the order.

Please Note: Dispatch and Delivery times for International Tracked and Signed is the same as our Standard European delivery option above.

International Tracked & Signed Delivery

We use “Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed” for our Tracked and Signed service for all international orders. This service will also require a signature upon delivery so please ensure someone is available to sign for the order.

It is important to choose the right shoe size when purchasing our soft leather baby shoes for your child’s feet to grow healthily and happily.

Please note: We are not able to provide free returns due to size of a pair which have been purchased as the size indicator is a guide.  Please use the measurement guide and chart below to determine the size you need for your baby before making a purchase.
