Returns and Other postal Info

We have a 14 day returns policy and the cost must be met by the customer.

We use Royal Mail. You are able to use your own carrier but we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.  We advise using a tracked service to return parcels.

We offer free returns if an item is found to be damaged only.  In this case we will refund return costs upon receipt of the product and confirmation of any faults via our QC department.  Otherwise the return cost will need to be met by the customer.  

We do not offer free returns for wrong size issues so please measure the baby foot in cm and check against the sizing chart to ensure you get a correct size.

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
